Description and Requirements

Position Summary

The DWS Sales Enablement Support role provides administrative and sales support for recurring and managed service opportunities. Working closely with Sales Leads, Account Managers, and Service Delivery teams, the role assists in customer engagements by helping explain service offerings, preparing supporting sales materials, coordinating information requests, and supporting the execution of sales strategies.

This role is suited to an individual who enjoys working with people, communicating information clearly, and supporting sales activities. The position provides exposure to customer-facing engagements, managed services, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration across the business and is located in our Morrisville, N.C. Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Support Sales Leads and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle for recurring and managed service opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation of customer presentations, service summaries, proposals, and supporting sales materials.
  • Coordinate information required for customer discussions and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize sales collateral, service information, and supporting documentation.
  • Help ensure customer-facing information is accurate, current, and aligned with approved service offerings.

Customer Engagement Support

  • Participate in customer meetings and discussions alongside Sales Leads and other team members.
  • Help explain service offerings, service scope, and key benefits to customers.
  • Respond to customer requests for information by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of materials for customer reviews and service discussions.
  • Assist in communicating service capabilities and business benefits in a clear and professional manner.

Opportunity and Strategy Support

  • Work with Sales Leads to support opportunity planning and sales activities.
  • Assist with gathering information required to support customer proposals and solution discussions.
  • Help coordinate activities and follow-up actions related to sales opportunities.
  • Support internal meetings and reviews related to customer opportunities.
  • Contribute to the successful progression of opportunities through effective coordination and communication.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, and Product teams to obtain information required for customer engagements.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with the handover of successful opportunities to service delivery teams.
  • Support ongoing improvements to sales support processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, account support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, streamline administrative tasks, enhance content creation, and support efficient customer and sales engagement activities.
  • AI-fluent mindset with a willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies to improve work quality, speed, and effectiveness.
  • A willingness to learn about managed services, recurring service offerings, and sales processes.
  • Fundamental experience with Microsoft CSP Program is preferred.

Hybrid Schedule on campus in Morrisville, NC. 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
