Description and Requirements

Job Description Summary:

This role is focused on strengthening the Lenovo and Intel partnership across North America REL Commercial by turning joint priorities into meaningful business outcomes. You will help connect segment strategy, seller engagement, customer needs and alliance investment to accelerate revenue growth, improve share position and increase the impact of Intel-based solutions across key commercial routes to market. The ideal candidate will operate as a strategic connector across Lenovo, Intel and the sales organization, bringing business insight, product fluency and strong stakeholder management to drive alignment and execution. Success in this role will require the ability to influence across teams, simplify complex product portfolio, enable sellers with confidence and ensure Lenovo is positioned to capture growth opportunities in a fast-moving commercial IT market.



Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with REL Commercial segments - Enterprise/Corporate, Global Accounts, Public Sector in both CDA and the US to drive key priorities for Intel & Lenovo across the PCSD portfolio
  • Driving use of bid bucket dollars to drive revenue and share growth, including measuring usage of seeds/perm evals investments
  • Increasing product knowledge of the Intel platform portfolio across the sales teams
  • Engage with key stakeholders in B6 & Markham sales teams - delivering training, presentations and understanding of joint priorities
  • Be an advocate for Lenovo sellers to Intel
  • Be the "go-to" resource for internal teams on Intel product knowledge
  • Participate in joint business updates and QBR's


Organization:

You will be a core member of the Lenovo North America REL Category Organization and will collaborate closely with product management, segment business management, sales, sales leadership, sales operations, alliances and marketing.



Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience in sales/sales management, category management or product management within the IT industry
  • Familiarity with the North American IT business landscape.
  • Exceptional multitasking ability and adeptness in analyzing diverse market scenarios in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
  • Proficient in Qlik, Dynamics, PowerBI
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify approaches & solutions
  • Creative Problem-solving
  • Strong Operational Skills
