Overview: Learning & Development at Securian is evolving to focus on enabling dynamic, capability-driven learning across the enterprise. As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to define and build critical workforce capabilities, translating business needs into learning and performance solutions that drive readiness and measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond individual courses and training programs to shape capability-building strategies, learning journeys, and learner-centered experiences. Success requires strong consulting skills, instructional design expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence decisions, and drive work forward in a complex environment.
