The Executive Director of Ambulatory Operational Performance & Integration is responsible for optimizing operational performance across Mercy Health's ambulatory care settings, including primary care and GoHealth Urgent Care. This role will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient experience while ensuring alignment with Mercy Health's mission and strategic objectives. Additionally, the position will oversee business intelligence functions to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
