Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Dispatch: 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do as a CDL A Driver (Job Duties & Responsibilities):



  • Safely operate CDL-A 53' dry van trucks (day cab) on assigned regional routes.
  • Deliver food and beverage freight to multiple store locations.
  • Unload freight at each stop using forklifts and dollies as needed.
  • Complete accurate deliveries while maintaining on-time performance.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure safe handling, securing, and transport of freight.
  • Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams.
  • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules consistently.
  • Support a dedicated account with repeat customer locations and structured routes.


CDL A Driver Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Valid CDL-A license required.
  • Minimum 1-year CDL-A driving experience within the last 3 years.
  • Must be at least 22 years old.
  • Must pass DOT medical card requirements.
  • Must pass FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.
  • Clean MVR (no more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
  • No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations in the past 5 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently during deliveries.
  • Comfortable with touch freight (unloading required at stops).
  • Ability to work weekends as required, with 2 consecutive days off provided.
  • Must have strong safety awareness and customer service skills.
