We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Buyer 1 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of software and services, ensuring that our company has the necessary resources to operate efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards.

As a Buyer II, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end purchasing process, from managing the Coupa platform and ensuring smooth transactional efficiency.
  • - Take the lead for internal and external Coupa questions to support the business.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery delays.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and new supplier partnerships.
  • Serve as a primary resource for internal department partners.
  • Partner with the comprehensive Procurement department to drive cross-functional initiatives.

We're excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including overseeing the RFP process.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Coupa, ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
