This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a structured, systematic environment. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset and is focused on executing consistent, accurate, and efficient operational workflows. Success in this position comes from balancing strong analytical execution with clear, direct communication and an ability to build trusting relationships across teams. The individual will proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance while maintaining stability and consistency in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute daily routing, scheduling, and delivery analysis Lead procurement and forecasting processes to support sales operations Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) through detailed analysis Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and technology adoption Ensure workflows are structured, repeatable, and executed with consistency Support cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and service expectations Maintain a stable and organized operational environment while adapting to necessary changes Other Duties as assigned DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, fleet, or sales operations (supervisory preferred; will train the right candidate) Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
