About the Role The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily scheduling, routing, and analysis of all sales and delivery operations for WP Beverages, while leading a team responsible for procurement and forecasting activities. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a structured, systematic environment. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset and is focused on executing consistent, accurate, and efficient operational workflows. Success in this position comes from balancing strong analytical execution with clear, direct communication and an ability to build trusting relationships across teams.
