Requirements Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership withRapides Women's and Children's Hospital (RWCH), is seeking dedicated and compassionate Neonatologists to join our growing team in Alexandria, Louisiana on a per diem basis. Why You'll Love This Role: 34-bed, Level III NICU- diverse acuity and case variety Collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model NNPs in-house 24 hours a day Home call for Neonatologists after rounds 1,500-2,000 deliveries annually Newborn nursery rounds NNP-led transport team(physician covers in-house during transports) You'll be part of acollegial, evidence-based teamfocused on quality-driven protocols and continuous improvement in neonatal care. We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
