Customer Service Representative II ***Must live within 35 miles of Tuscaloosa, AL**** This position requires an active USAccess clearance or the ability to obtain a USAccess clearance to be considered. Cherokee federal, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing orders and inventory, and ensuring accurate billing and property management. If you have a background in hydrology, electronics, mechanics, or related fields, and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Customer Service Representative II: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour. Pay commensurate with experience.
