This is a per diem position.

Summary:
Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician II - Infusion Therapy - Outpatient role demonstrates proficiency in all core functions of the pharmacy, including medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician. CPhT or PTCB certificate preferred.
  3. Experience: One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in healthcare or related environment required. New hires with greater than one year experience will have six months to meet Pharmacy Technician II essential functions. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Pharmacy Technician I role.
