Description Maine Medical Center Professional - Clinical Req #: 81781 This is a per diem position. Summary: Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician II - Infusion Therapy - Outpatient role demonstrates proficiency in all core functions of the pharmacy, including medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Associate degree preferred. License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician. CPhT or PTCB certificate preferred. Experience: One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in healthcare or related environment required. New hires with greater than one year experience will have six months to meet Pharmacy Technician II essential functions.
