Neonatologist Details: Neonatology Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly desirable 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule-perfect for those neonatologists seeking balance without compromising on acuity or impact. No required in-house call Neonatology Team-Based Care: Join a stable team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time neonatologists, partnering closely with a dedicated group of hospital-employed NNPs. Diverse Clinical Environment: Primary coverage of a Level III NICU Coverage of two level 2 NICUs Pediatric surgeons available on-site and a highly skilled neonatal transport team Hospital Support: Practice in a setting where neonatologists are valued and supported by responsive and collaborative hospital leadership.
