Position Highlights Practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital, a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns Busy 11bed Level II NICU 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6 Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually Work in a 2physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa Attend all Csections and deliveries <34 weeks Flexible schedule with potential for every other week off Home call during service weeks for excellent work-life balance Competitive salary + bonus plan, plus a generous signon bonus Why Pediatrix?
