Your Role at a Glance Staffing Model: 4.5 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs Clinical Responsibilities: Attend high-risk deliveries Care for Level III NICU patients Collaborate with NNPs providing 8-hour daytime coverage About the Facility Located in northern Broward County, HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center is a 289-bed acute care hospitaland part ofHCA East Florida, the largest healthcare system in Eastern Florida.
