About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Lead, Global Field Campaigns is part of the Global Growth Systems (GGS) team - Salesforce's AI-first growth engine that connects marketing strategy to real-world pipeline impact. This role sits within the Campaigns & Programs team inside GGS, owning the email marketing and webinar demand programs for an aligned set of Salesforce products across the Americas (AMER) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
The Lead serves as a primary strategic partner to Product Marketing and Global Integrated Campaigns (GIC), translating global campaign briefs into regional execution, and ensuring every channel - email, webinar, and beyond - is clearly measured, attributed, and communicated back to leadership. This is a role for someone equally comfortable running a high-volume email program and presenting performance insights to senior leadership - someone who thrives at the center of a complex, cross-regional ecosystem and brings clarity where there is ambiguity.

What You'll Actually Be Doing Email Marketing
  • Own the email marketing strategy for aligned clouds - activating Global Integrated Campaigns bills of materials, managing dynamic nurture campaigns, fixed nurture programs, and single sends across AMER and EMEA
  • Define audience targeting, segmentation parameters, and suppression rules for all sends, ensuring every deployment is tied to a clear business outcome
  • Partner with channel teams on performance reviews, identifying strategy gaps and defining A/B test hypotheses to continuously improve results
  • Partner with Global Campaigns & Product Marketing to maintain and refresh messaging across active nurture programs and dynamic send engines, keeping content current with cloud priorities
Webinar Marketing
  • Own the quarterly webinar program calendar for aligned products - negotiating topics with Product Marketing, securing allocations, and driving brief completion with content and production teams
  • Manage end-to-end promotion for each webinar, including email campaigns, nurture program placement, and on-demand distribution
  • Monitor webinar performance and draw strategic conclusions on registration, attendance, and pipeline contribution to inform future planning
  • Coordinate localization strategy across priority markets, determining which webinars receive localized versions and directing the execution team accordingly
Campaign Supply Chain & Activation
  • Receive and review Global Integrated Campaigns briefs, define the regional activation strategy including deployment approach, audience parameters, and channel mix, and hand off to execution partners with precision
  • Maintain a 20-business-day activation cadence from content receipt to deployment, flagging and resolving strategic blockers proactively
  • Continuously audit and improve the supply chain process - refining service level agreements (SLAs), handoff quality, and working rhythms with Global Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, and the Campaigns & Programs team
Performance Intelligence & Cloud Narrative
  • Own the full-picture story for aligned products: synthesize owned channels (email, webinar), paid, regional activations, and central programs into one executive-ready narrative delivered on a recurring monthly cadence
  • Clearly distinguish what activity has been delivered via the broader marketing organization versus what has originated within the Campaigns & Programs team, providing leadership and Product Marketing with unambiguous attribution
  • Serve as the primary intelligence resource on marketing performance for your programs - identifying what is working, where gaps exist, and where strategy should shift
  • Serve as the primary connection point between the central cloud campaign program and operating unit (OU) Field Marketing teams globally, ensuring alignment flows in both directions
You're Our Person If...
  • You have 5+ years of B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign strategy experience, with a track record as an individual contributor in complex, cross-regional environments
  • You have hands-on experience owning end-to-end email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, nurture programs, dynamic send engines, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • You have experience planning and executing a webinar program at scale - from topic development and production coordination through promotion and on-demand distribution
  • You can take a campaign brief from strategic intake through execution hand-off with clear thinking at every stage
  • You are fluent in marketing channel performance data and can turn cross-regional insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
  • You have worked directly with Product Marketing and know how to translate complex product messaging into pipeline-generating digital programs
  • You are genuinely excited about AI - not just as a concept, but as a practical tool you are already using or actively exploring to work faster and smarter, and you are ready to help shape how AI and agents transform the way this team runs
Even Better If...
  • You have experience working across multiple geographic regions and understand how local market differences shape activation strategies
  • You have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, AI workflow tools, or scripting solutions
  • You are comfortable in white space and have helped define operating models, not just run them
