Located in our Columbia, MO plant, you will be a Production Supervisor. Our Production Supervisor will be directing teams to achieve operational excellence. Skilled in overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols. Adept at training and motivating employees, optimizing workflows, and troubleshooting production to maximize efficiency. Work collectively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement. Keys to Success
Shift Availabilty - must be open to days or nights 8hr our 12 hour shifts.
