Benefits begin the month following the hire date. Salary: The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 - $140,000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset. Summary: This role leads the creative and technical development of design projects from concept through production for the complete line of Engineered Solutions Products. This role oversees a team of designers, collaborates with sales and operations, ensures brand consistency, and drives innovative solutions that meet business objectives. The Design Manager is responsible for maintaining high design standards, managing workflow, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Essential Functions:
