The Server Product Team at Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to lead the technical development and validation of in-house multi-node server platforms, including next-generation systems and OCP-based solutions. This role requires a self-driven engineer with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with server hardware and system-level validation. The System Engineer will act as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting Product Management and Engineering teams in system architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment for data center and enterprise customers. Deep knowledge of server hardware architecture-including CPU, motherboard, memory, storage, networking, GPU, PCIe, SATA, and SAS protocols-is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. This position requires regular in-office attendance at the San Jose location. The successful candidate is expected to be present during standard business hours and actively participate in on-site collaboration, team meetings, training sessions, and lab activities. Candidates should consider commuting distance and be prepared to work on-site as required. Salary Range
$100,000 - $120,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
