Design a career and build your future... Because it matters! McMillen, Inc. is seeking immediate placement of experienced Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers for a project in Joseph, OR. This project is expected to start on July 20, 2026, and will continue through the end of 2027. The company expects additional long-term work opportunities in the Western Region. Foreman: The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of on-site construction activities or projects. The Foreman will typically lead a crew of 1 to 20 persons and must have first-hand working knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or projects. Involvement begins with pre-construction activities with the Superintendent and continues throughout project completion, contract closeout and warranty. Pay Range: $32-43/hour base (DOE) Carpenter: The Capenter's primary responsibilities include fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems, as well as placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects. Pay Range: $30-33/hour base (DOE) Laborer: The Laborer's responsibilities include performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities. Experience working with concrete batch plants is a plus. This role also includes assisting other skilled crafts on the project and performing additional duties.
