Job Summary: In collaboration with other Field Leadership and under the supervision of the Department Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for overseeing operations, Strategic planning, and personnel management of field staff within the hydronics trades (Mechanical Piping), and coordinating fabrication for the assigned Project(s). Market Experience: Extensive market experience and technical knowledge in Mechanical Piping systems. Proven experience on large commercial and industrial projects, including:
Semi-Conductors Data Centers Healthcare facilities High-rise buildings Industrial plants Central utility plants (CUPs) Institutional facilities (universities, airports, government buildings)
Experience managing mechanical piping scopes ranging from $5M-$150M+, with the ability to lead field crews of 20-150+ pipefitters, welders, and subcontractors. Strong understanding of mission-critical and complex project environments, including data centers, Central Utility Plants, healthcare, industrial/process facilities, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing projects, with direct experience supporting fabrication operations, shop production teams, and prefabrication programs while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and schedule performance across all phases of fabrication and field installation. Supervises: General Forepersons, Forepersons, Journeypersons, Apprentices, Tradespersons, and Trainees.
