JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the supervision of the service staff in day-to-day operations to provide safe, reliable service in a manner that confirms with code, budget, and meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Must possess a working knowledge of operational practices and procedures at a level normally acquired through the completion of a two-year degree in business administrative or related field; and
  • Five years working in the regulated and non-regulated operations and progressive leadership experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Supervises the operation of gas service. Coordinate budget needs with department heads and administer Company, City, State, and Federal industry standards to provide safe and efficient service to all customers. Evaluates productivity of department and evaluates staffing needs.
  2. Supervises the service personnel in accomplishing their assigned duties, seeing that all work is performed in a safe manner while enforcing company standards, policies, and regulations as they pertain to the operation of the service department.
  3. Monitors and approves credit card logs, service order completion, time tickets, customer inspection reports, assist in servicing, and dispatching. Conducts annual employee appraisals, disciplinary actions and hiring as needed.
  4. Ensures excellent customer service with external customers and developers while coordinating projects and resolving requests and complaints.
  5. Accepts "Supervisor On-Call Duty" as assigned.
  6. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Prior supervisory experience in a related field.

  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • Required to maintain a valid driver's license..
  • Requires travel: Minimal (up to 10%).
