Job Summary
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling various units and completing oil fill processes in accordance with established instructions and training guidelines. This role supports production operations by following detailed procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring consistency in completed assemblies. The position includes on-the-job training and documentation support, making it well-suited for individuals who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Assemble various units according to specific instructions and training guidelines.
  • Perform oil filling procedures as part of the assembly process.
  • Follow documented processes and adhere to provided training standards.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all assembly tasks.
  • Support production workflow by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational needs.


Job Requirements



  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and develop technical skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Interest in mechanical or electrical work preferred but not required.


Work Experience



  • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
