About the Role:
You will lead the design and delivery of complex software solutions that power missioncritical financial systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, guiding teams to solve challenging problems at scale. Your success is measured by system reliability, engineering quality, delivery outcomes, and the growth of engineer's you mentor.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead architecture and design of scalable, secure, highavailability software solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical strategies and executable roadmaps.
  • Drive handson development of productiongrade code using modern engineering practices.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, setting standards for code quality and engineering excellence.
  • Partner with product, quality, and operations teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and resiliency expectations.
  • Guide adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and cloudnative patterns.
  • Review designs and code, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support production systems through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
  • Demonstrated experience designing distributed, scalable software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Experience leading technical teams or serving as a technical authority.
  • Expertise with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of secure coding practices and system reliability principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a skillsbased equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms and cloudnative architectures.
  • Knowledge of financial services, payments, banking, or regulatory environments.
  • Experience with containerization, orchestration, and microservices.
  • Exposure to dataintensive systems, messaging, or eventdriven architectures.
  • Background in performance optimization and largescale system tuning.
