Here's what we're looking for.

• Minimum 2 years of prepress experience in the large-format printing industry
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and RIP software including Print Factory, Caldera, or Onyx
• Experience working in both PC and Mac environments
• Strong understanding of color profiling and color management processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight production deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review, manipulate, and pre-flight customer artwork to ensure files are print-ready
• Manage files through print and finishing operations while maintaining production accuracy
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to prioritize and execute production schedules
• Organize and maintain digital asset storage and project archives
• Perform color management and maintain consistency across multiple print substrates
• Communicate proactively with production teams to improve workflow efficiency and meet deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment
• Troubleshoot file and print issues while maintaining quality standards
