The Analyst Product Development is tasked with managing the entire life cycle of a product. They develop new products based on industry trends, market research, and contact with customers and vendors. They must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision into reality. They must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer needs and behaviors and have a knack for implementing innovative solutions. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge with technology related to energy efficiency, demand response, and/or distributed solar.
Experience in public speaking or stakeholder engagement.
Intermediate knowledge of product development and implementation.
Provides assistance to the Manager in overseeing and monitoring special projects.
Handles multiple work assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from an accredited university. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours will be required. Overnight travel may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
