As a Security Officer Access Control Officer in Westampton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional, welcoming experience for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and communicate clearly while reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures for access control, identification checks, and authorized entry at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with supervisors, facility contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with attention to access points and other security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and/or incident documentation related to access activity, deliveries, and contractor arrivals and departures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
