As a Security Officer Property Access - Mornings in Augusta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control activities, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This unarmed role offers the opportunity to deliver strong customer service, clear communication, and dependable support while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, visitors, and incident activity as required for the location.
• Support facility operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and assisting with security-related procedures during shift activities and changing conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
