Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description We are seeking a driven and personable Order Management Associate who takes ownership, demonstrates resourcefulness, and delivers a high level of accuracy in order processing. This role is a key point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, first-class order management experience. Responsibilities * Accurately enter and validate customer orders within an ERP system. * Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve exceptions. * Process all orders within a 48-hour turnaround time. * Monitor orders and manage updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits. * Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, confirmations, and related documentation. * Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services. * Manage customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications. * Collaborate with production, planning, shipping, sales, logistics, and finance teams. * Support dealer network inquiries (no direct end-consumer interaction). * Participate in a structured 45-60 day training program before handling phone queue responsibilities. Essential Skills * 3 years of order management and customer service experience. * ERP system experience for order entry (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, or similar). * Experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to shipping, production, or planning. * Strong understanding of order processing workflows. * High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing field is a plus. * Positive attitude and team player. * Verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Patience, empathy, and professionalism. * Good problem-solving skills. Work Environment Work at either of our locations in Lowell, MI or Menomonee Falls, WI. Enjoy a hybrid schedule with on-site work at least 2 days a week, including a core day on Wednesdays. The work week runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, with a half-hour break and two 15-minute breaks. Experience normal office conditions, with prolonged sitting and consistent computer use.
