Bilingual Warehouse Clerk (English/Spanish) - Shipping & Receiving Medley, FL 33178 \|Global Food Corp. \| Full-time position \| On-site Global Food Corp. is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Clerk (English/Spanish) to support shipping, receiving, and order coordination at our Medley, FL facility. This role works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to manage shipment documentation, coordinate inbound and outbound orders, and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). What You'll Do Warehouse & Order Coordination Dispatch customer orders to warehouse team members for picking and load-out Manage outbound schedules and notify warehouse staff of customer pick-up orders Coordinate dock door assignments and shipment schedules Schedule inbound shipments with vendors and freight carriers Monitor the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for open invoices and order activity Shipping & Receiving Support Verify Bills of Lading, receiving documentation, and shipment records Post received purchase orders accurately into the system Coordinate with warehouse receivers regarding dock priorities and driver communication Report product damages, shortages, or inventory discrepancies Customer Service & Payment Processing Serve as a point of contact for drivers and customers regarding shipments and pickups Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer inquiries Receive payments via cash or check and issue proper receipts Assist with freight handling fees, late delivery fees, and payment approvals Documentation & Inventory Accuracy Verify purchase orders, pallet verification reports, receiving exception reports, and product date codes Maintain accurate documentation and data entry to support inventory records Assist with general warehouse administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Required Bilingual in English and Spanish High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Preferred Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, logistics, or clerical support Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory system Global Food Corp. is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
