The Outcomes Program Associate will work within Hanger's Department of Clinical and Scientific Affairs. This individual will work closely with key leaders in the organization to effectively develop and implement effective tactics to drive clinical outcomes forward within Hanger Clinic.



Your Impact

    Support development and implementation of outcome-based programs
  • Monitor program outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure programmatic success
  • Prepare reports on program outcomes and progress
  • Present results from outcomes analysis at internal and, as appropriate external meetings
  • Support opportunities to leverage clinical outcomes data for value creation within the payer and provider communities
  • Conduct literature reviews as necessary to support program implementation
  • Travel as necessary to meet with clinicians across the organization
  • Assist with ad hoc outcomes related requests at the direction of CSA Leadership


Minimum Qualifications

  • Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC), or
  • A baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics, or the foreign equivalent, and current ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics, or
  • A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., health outcomes, clinical research, rehabilitation sciences, public health, biomechanics, or related discipline) 2-5 years of professional experience in orthotics and prosthetics, clinical outcomes, or related healthcare program implementation
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting clinical or healthcare data.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
