Location: Faribault/Owatonna, MN

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling, training, and compliancerequired internaland externalaudits.
• Oversee the schedulingandcompliancetorequired external / third-party audits.
• Ensuresaudit alignment, schedule visibility, and collection of outputs in the system of record.
• Develop common standards regarding documentation format, documentation control, and documentation storage and management.
• Provides clear guidance on standardization of ISO-9000 practices, procedures, and formats to all required locations.
• Examine potential system improvements such as software, registrars, and other elements of the Quality Management System.
• Reviews of the activities and responsibilities of departments outside of the Quality realm to determine if there needs to be inclusion intothe Quality Management System.
• Developsand/or enhancesQMS strategies, processes, policies, communications, and guidelines to comply with quality standards and regulations (as defined byDaikin Appliedleadership strategic direction and context of the organization).
• Engageswith Leadership and Management teams communicating Quality objectives and KPIs, providing risk assessment data to support decisions.
• Other duties asassigned

Your Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of QMS systems experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Participatedoncertification audit (ISO 9001)
• 5+ years of related experiencein quality
• Other relevant QMS standards a plus (TL9000, AS/EN 9100, ISO TS 22163...)
• Lead auditor trained in ISO 9001and proven track of relevant experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $153,300 +10% bonus eligibility in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
