This position leads the delivery and operational execution of Pega platform solutions that enable CRM capabilities, workflow optimization, and decision support across member serving teams. The role focuses on translating prioritized experience and operational needs into durable, reusable Pega capabilities that improve reliability, usability, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with teams that use Pega to serve members and execute workflows, this position ensures solutions are built, tested, and deployed with discipline and are consistently adopted in real world conditions. By supporting standardization and effective use of the platform, this role contributes to Pega functioning as a scalable, unified capability rather than a collection of disconnected solutions.

Job Duties
- Lead delivery of prioritized Pega platform work by translating defined enterprise needs and platform priorities into executable plans that emphasize reuse, scalability, and reliable outcomes.
- Manage endtoend delivery of Pega capabilities, including CRM, workflow/case management, and decisioning ensuring solutions to improve member and employee experiences while strengthening operational performance.
- Execute disciplined delivery practices across requirements refinement, backlog readiness, sprint planning, testing, release execution, and dependency management to ensure predictable outcomes and transparent stakeholder communication.
- Partner crossfunctionally with Operations, Product, Digital, Lending/Credit, Fraud, and other enabling teams to embed Pega solutions into frontline workflows, reduce member friction, and eliminate avoidable contact.
- Reinforce established platform standards, architectural guardrails, experience principles, and quality practices in daytoday delivery to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, maintainable, and consistently implemented.
- Drive standardization and modular design in solution delivery to ensure Pega capabilities are durable, reusable, and aligned with overall platform direction rather than oneoff implementations.
- Coordinate rigorous testing, release readiness, and postrelease stabilization to ensure deployments are easy to use, high performing, and introduce minimal disruption to teams serving members.
- Monitor platform health and operational performance, identifying recurring defects, performance issues, or reliability risks and ensuring they are prioritized and resolved.
- Support benefit realization by defining success measures and working with analytics and finance partners to assess delivery outcomes against approved business cases.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for Pega solution delivery and operational execution, building capability, reinforcing delivery discipline, and holding teams accountable for outcomes
Essential Skills
- 5+ years' experience owning and evolving the Pega platform on an enterprise scale, including governance, architecture, and large scale solution delivery.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience leading a diverse team including hiring, coaching and performance management
- Proven experience delivering and operating Pegabased solutions, including CRM, workflow/case management, and decisioning capabilities in complex, crossfunctional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate prioritized experience and operational needs into durable, reusable platform capabilities that are adopted and used consistently across teams.
- Strong execution skills, including driving crossfunctional delivery while reinforcing platform standards, governance, and guardrails to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and sustainable.
- Solid delivery management capability, including planning, sequencing, dependency and risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution through testing and release readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to define success measures and assess realized value versus business case projections, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduction of recurring issues.
- Experience working within financial services, credit unions, or other regulated environments.
- Required education: Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role (or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree); advanced degree preferred

Target Compensation:
$140k - $160k annually + annual bonus
