Position Summary MARKETING STATEMENT The Defense Systems Division is part of the Parker Aerospace Group, located in Irvine, California. Our products are used across military and commercial platforms globally. Job Summary The Facilities Supervisor position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment ensuring upmost safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. This position requires technical skills, sound judgement, and good interpersonal skills. Additionally, this position coordinates and maintains company day-to-day maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment as required to support the business. It is also will lead the staff on the facilities team with the common goal to keep everyone in the division safe, ensure uptime of all equipment, drive continuous improvement, and minimize downtime throughout the facility. Essential Functions
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent, and a minimum of seven (8) years related experience. MUST BE A US CITIZEN Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation
