About the role

As a Senior Architect within the Infrastructure Services team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the evaluation, design, implementation, and optimization of their infrastructure solutions. You will bring deep expertise across multiple technology domains such as data center networking, private cloud, compute, and storage, along with broad knowledge of adjacent technologies. Along the way, you will get to:

• Client Advisory and Consultation
  • Act as a strategic advisor,providingexpert guidance on infrastructure solutions that align with client businessobjectives.
  • Engage with clientsto understand their goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Support Insight Sales Teams when they engage with customersto understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Delivertechnical guidance and best practicesonsolutions, products, and services.
  • Position solutions includingarchitecturesand Insight servicesthat includefollow onworkshops, proof of concepts, pilots, strategy and roadmap development,deploymentand integration services, etc.
  • Participate in the creation, review,andrevision ofStatement of Work(s) (SOW) and supporting scoping documents.
• Delivery of Advisory Services
  • Leadcreation ofhigh-level solution architectures and roadmaps that align with customerobjectives.
  • Participate in or leadclientfacing advisory workshopsand assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, sales, and services todevelopinfrastructuresolutions.
  • Design,oversee implementation,andprovide feedback onoptimizingsolutions in customer environments, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide oversight to follow on professional servicesengagements.
  • Complete clientdeliverables andsupportingdocuments.
  • Work in conjunction with other advisory teammates to develop andeventually ensure successful infrastructuresolutions.
• Provide feedback on clientneeds, challenges, and opportunities.
• Staycurrentonlatest domain specifictechnologies, trends, and innovations, andmaintainrelevant certifications and accreditations.
• Research andmakesrecommendations for strategic business development plans that have a significant impact on Insight business.

What we're looking for

• 10+years of experience working withsolutions indata centernetworkingspace.

• 10+years of experience in consultingandcustomer-facing roles.

• Expertlevelknowledge ofCisco ACI (ApplicationCentric Infrastructure), and Nexus solutions.

• Strong knowledge ofinfrastructureproducts, services, and solutions, and their integration with other technologies and platforms.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and client success.

• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, present to executive audiences, and communicate complex concepts effectively.

• Proficiencyin developing compelling presentations and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.

• Strong project management, teamwork, and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead and mentor others.

• Relevantintermediateor advancedcertificationsininfrastructuretechnology domains.

• Ability todevelop andexecutestrategywithlimiteddirectionandoversight.

• Ability to research and make recommendations for strategictechnologyplans that have a significant impactforour clients.

• Strong desireto driveclientsuccess.

• Willingness to travel up to20%.
