Position Details Schedule: Monday - Thursday 1st Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am What You'll Do - You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings, inspect finished work, and support safe, efficient production paint operations. Work Environment & Physical Expectations: This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements include prolonged standing and walking, climbing, lifting, and working with arms above shoulder level. Employees are frequently exposed to paint fumes, airborne particles, and solvents. Required PPE includes steeltoed shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, coveralls, and hoods when in the paint booth.
