We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support spare parts management and intercompany transfer activities for high-volume manufacturing, pilot production, and rapid prototype teams. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with planning and operations teams to ensure materials are transferred accurately and on time while maintaining inventory records, documentation, and system data integrity.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate spare parts and non-BOM intercompany transfer activities to support production timelines
  • Manage inventory transfer requests and ensure materials are routed accurately between departments
  • Maintain inventory records, files, documentation, and application access related to spare parts usage
  • Collaborate with planning teams and requestors to support supply versus demand activities
  • Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to support order execution and inventory tracking
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2-4 years of supply chain, inventory control, or materials management experience
  • 2+ years of experience using ERP systems for order execution and inventory tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
What Sets You Apart:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Experience with SAP and QuickBase platforms
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across planning, operations, and supply chain teams
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen
  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite per week
  • Standard shift hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
