Compensation: $18/hour, based on experience

Job Objective:

Responsible for mail delivery, basic warehouse functions and customer service. This is a temporary, non-benefitted position that will not exceed 90 calendar days. Approximately 30-36.25 hours per week.

Mail Room:

• Prepare mail for USPS.
• Sorts and deliver mail to THQ departments.
• Assist THQ personnel with mailing needs/questions.

Product:

• Assemble products for distribution and for in house products.
• Print identifying bar codes and/or prices on all merchandise and affix to merchandise.
• Restock store items as needed.

Warehouse:

• Put away boxes of product as needed.
• Keep areas of the warehouse and storeroom (including the floor) clear of clutter.
• Assist individuals during specific hours in the warehouse for package pickup.

Orders:

• Pull online orders as assigned.
• Prepare orders for shipping as needed.

Customer Service:

• Assist customers as needed in the Trade store.
• Answer the 800# as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

Education:

High School. Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience working in a warehouse preferred.

Certifications:

None

Skills:

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work.
• Ability to work independently.

Supervisory Responsibility:

None

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements include: good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity. Lifting, pulling and pushing of materials up to 25 pounds occasionally. Requires bending, squatting and walking. Will stand for extended periods of time. Repetitive motion will be required.

Work is performed in a typical warehouse environment.
