About the Team/Role

In this role, you will be a key driver of revenue generation by ensuring marketing plans are implemented effectively and efficiently. You will plan and implement marketing campaigns that support the North American fleet card portfolios. You will contribute to growth through the precise execution of demand generation, growth marketing strategies, and a full-funnel approach to lead generation. How You'll Make an Impact

Campaign & Project Management

  • Oversee marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities to successfully deliver on growth objectives while proactively resolving any issues to remain on-budget.

  • Work individually and jointly with the team to develop creative briefs, gather cost estimates, and schedule production.

  • Partner with internal and third-party agencies for creative development and campaign production.

Strategic Execution & Demand Generation

  • Support key initiatives to drive ROI across full-funnel acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell initiatives.

  • Collaborate on annual comprehensive marketing plans tied to both internal revenue goals and partner goals.

  • Implement marketing strategies by developing and executing tactical plans for energy partner fleet card portfolios.

  • Work with the creative team to oversee concepts that align with, support, and elevate the brand.

Sales Enablement & Communication

  • Support the sales team lead generation process through prospect list targeting and qualification strategies.

  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including copy editing of collateral and the production of sales enablement tools.

  • Deliver clear and effective sales communication and frontline readiness to ensure internal teams are prepared for campaign launches.

  • Distill and summarize information to package in presentations and communicate campaign ideas to leadership.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Process data and determine recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

  • Partner with analytics teams to determine effective targeting and ensure execution of direct marketing campaigns.

  • Compile, coordinate, and communicate campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis to make prudent fiscal decisions.

  • Support reporting functions across various channels including Email, Direct Mail, OBTM, and Digital.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services, credit card marketing, or the fuel industry is a plus.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills within a fast-paced environment preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite. Monday.com, JIRA, SalesLoft, Seismic, and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Core Competencies: Self-starter with high motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems through critical thinking.

  • Travel: Expected travel is <20%.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
