Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's What You'll Need:



  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable using computer applications including Microsoft Outlook and data entry systems

Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information
  • Resolve customer complaints by processing refunds, exchanges, or billing adjustments
  • Follow up with customers regarding claim investigations and issue resolutions
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further review
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken
  • Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support via phone and email
  • Accurately document customer information and updates within company systems
