Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous electro-mechanical assembly or PCB manufacturing experience preferred
• Minimum 6 months of mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good attendance and teamwork skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of hands and assembly tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, wiring, circuit boards, and mechanical housings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform soldering, cable wiring, coil winding, chassis assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks
• Inspect assemblies for solder quality, resistance levels, and overall functionality
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and document work accurately
• Notify leads of equipment malfunctions or production concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cross-train in additional departments as needed
