For more than 60 years, we have helped shape skylines across the country through operational excellence and world class engineering. We dig into every project with the goal of being the most knowledgeable team on the job. That approach has made us one of the most trusted partners in the country for building facade projects. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who knows how to step into an environment with limited structure and create the playbook. You will lead inspectors and quality leads on the floor, partner closely with Operations and Engineering, and establish a quality management system that drives consistency, accountability, and confidence across both plants. If you have built or rebuilt quality programs in custom fabrication, precision manufacturing, facade, curtainwall, or engineer to order environments, this is where you get to do it again with full ownership. Our values We collaborate across teams. We focus on results and customer expectations. We do the right thing and treat each other with respect. We stay flexible as business needs change. We value balance and a welcoming environment. We make sure there is clarity and alignment before moving forward.
