Real Property Analyst. Provide systems, real property, and inventory expertise to the DAWSON Real Property team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Management in the DLA Enterprise Business System (EBS), an SAP-based product. This position will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, data analysis experience, and the ability to quickly learn and understand DLA real property concepts. This position will take an active role in various contract activities including, but not limited to, equipment and materials surveys, SAP system testing, data analysis and reconciliation, training, user assistance, report development, documentation preparation, and general real property support. This position will collaborate with, and take direction from, their team lead to assist with strategic planning and execution of contract requirements.



  • Salary Range - $60,000 to $80,000 - Depending on skills and experience and interview with leadership
  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel for up to a week at a time to conduct or oversee fieldwork, attend meetings or similar. Estimated travel 25% during growing season, 10% or less outside of growing season.
  • Location - This role will be remote with multi-week/weekend travel requirements; typical work hours are 8am-5pm Eastern, with variation based on contract activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities for this role may include the following:



  • Work both independently and collaboratively to execute contract requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute real property and material inventories from initial planning through closeout.
  • Review, analyze, organize, reconcile, and clean-up real property data.
  • Participate in the rollout of new and/or updated SAP functionality and perform system testing.
  • Prepare, review, and edit Job Aids, SOPs, training slides, memos, and other relevant materials and documentation.
  • Provide on-site and virtual real property training to end users.
  • Enter, analyze, coordinate, resolve, and escalate EBS Help Desk tickets.
  • Provide quality control for contract activities and deliverables.
  • Summarize and brief team activities to team members and customers.
  • Estimate, review, and submit travel and ODC costs for contract taskers.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to other DAWSON team members to execute taskers.
  • Support internal team members in a back-up capacity on taskers where needed.
  • Take an active role in participating in and/or leading meetings related to contract taskers.
  • Use a high-level of expertise to solve problems as they are presented by the customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Ability to plan and execute complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to identify various types of real property installed equipment and material.
  • Experience with capturing, organizing, reviewing, analyzing, and cleaning up large sets of data in Excel.
  • Ability to travel for multiple consecutive weeks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer requests.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet project schedules.
  • Ability to take overall direction and work independently.
  • Self-motivated and quality focused.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience performing equipment inventories for the Department of Defense (DoD) or federal agencies, particularly the Defense Logistics Agency is Highly Preferred.
  • Four (4) year degree in from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
  • US. Citizenship.
  • Clearable (although a clearance is not necessary).
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
