Overview Job Skills / Requirements Overview This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support employee engagement initiatives through creative design and digital content. You will develop visual materials, internal communications, and campaign assets that help connect and inspire our workforce. If you are passionate about design and want real-world experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Design digital and print materials including flyers, banners, and social graphics for employee engagement events Create and maintain visual content for internal communication channels, aligned with FCS brand standards Assist in producing short-form video, motion graphics, or animated content for recognition and culture campaigns Support visual execution of hiring events, onboarding campaigns, and employee milestone programs Collaborate with HR and Recruitment to deliver creative assets on time and on-brand Organize and maintain a digital asset library of templates, files, and brand resources Contribute fresh ideas in team brainstorms and bring a student perspective to workforce engagement Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or Visual Arts at UNF or a neighboring institution Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus Portfolio of academic, personal, or freelance work demonstrating design skills and visual storytelling Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content best practices Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Self-starter who can take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively Interest in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications is a bonus Additional Information / Benefits Paid Holidays Weekly Pay 401K/403b Plan Short Term Disability Dental Insurance Paid Vacation Long Term Disability Vision Insurance Medical Insurance Life Insurance The following screenings are required: Drug Screen Criminal Background Check Motor Vehicle Education Verification Employment Verification First Coast Security is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer (Minorities/Females/Disability/Veterans) committed to a diverse workforce.
