We are seeking a Senior Geologist to serve as an Environmental Practice Leader to lead and grow our Fresno, California office, an integral and expanding part of our Northern California Operations. This leadership role is well suited for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Northern California and Central Valley environmental services market, including client needs, regulatory drivers, and emerging opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our regional presence, building on existing capabilities while helping define the strategic direction for future growth. As an Environmental Practice Leader, you will provide technical leadership, business development vision, and people leadership, advancing our environmental initiatives while mentoring and developing highperforming teams. You will cultivate longterm client relationships and collaborate closely with regional and national leaders to deliver innovative, technically defensible solutions. The practice encompasses a wide range of innovative and technically challenging projects, including:
Contaminated site assessment and remediation
