What You'll Do:
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute quality manuals, standards, and procedures to support manufacturing and customer requirements.
  • Manage receiving and in-process inspections, ensuring materials and products meet specifications and documentation standards.
  • Monitor rejects, reworks, discrepancy reports, and inspection data to identify trends and improve quality performance.
  • Lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
  • Support customer audits, source inspections, supplier evaluations, and quality-related issue resolution.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
