Job Description:
The Digital Technology Program Management Office (PMO) is currently searching for Scrum Master professional who can work independently supporting the Agile execution framework by engaging customers, managing project Program Increment (PI) planning and sprints, and ensuring quality on-time deliverables. You will play a critical role in helping teams deliver solutions that help Client internal customers embrace digital transformation capabilities to deliver products faster.
What You Will do:
* Act as the agile delivery lead guiding the coordination, synchronization and alignment of a scrum team needed to deliver value and meet customer requirements.
* Communicate and manage project vision with the scrum team to ensure an understanding of scope, company"s commitments and customer expectations.
* Lead project teams through agile ceremonies (i.e., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, program increment ceremonies), preparing the required supporting materials.
* Maintain a healthy backlog of well written stories that are development ready.
* Work with developers and Product Management for effective story point estimating and effort estimation.
* Identify risks, dependencies and mitigate impediments that may affect the team progress and ability to deliver value.
* Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, instill accountability, and motivate teams toward common goals.
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance delivery and effectiveness of the scrum team.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* This position requires a Bachelor"s degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in the absence of a degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
* Scrum Master Certification and experience.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Jira) is preferred
* Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Ability to collaborate with different teams and functions to meet project goals
* US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance, if required
Qualifications We Prefer:
* Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Demonstrated experience in managing successful large, cross functional projects.
* Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
* Presentation and relationship management skills.
* Experience with Agile planning tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops or similar.
