PBX Operator (Part-Time, 32 Hours/Week) Are you someone who enjoys helping others and being at the center of communication? Santa Memorial Hospital is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented PBX Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for callers and play a key part in ensuring smooth communication across our hospital. What You'll Do * Answer and direct incoming calls through the hospital's PBX system * Provide information and assistance to patients, staff, and external callers * Manage urgent and routine calls with professionalism and efficiency * Maintain accurate call logs and follow communication protocols * Support internal communication across departments as needed Schedule * 32 hours per week * 8-hour shifts, typically starting at 2:30 PM * Rotating weekends required What We're Looking For * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment * High attention to detail and professionalism * Previous administrative, call center, or receptionist experience preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Rosa, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
