As a Licensed or Unlicensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to deliver meaningful, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive clinical setting. You will work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining compliance with documentation standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR), and ensuring high-quality care in both in-person and virtual environments. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual therapy, counseling, and behavioral health services based on client needs and clinical assessments
* Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate mental health diagnoses using DSM criteria
* Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to support client progress and recovery
* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments in an electronic health record (EHR) system
* Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and address client needs
* Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns, crisis situations, and clinical communication
* Utilize strong clinical judgment when delivering therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings
* Keep leadership informed of any concerns that may impact client care, clinic operations, or compliance standards

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
* Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field
* Applicants with a Master's degree in a related field must have at least 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, counseling, social work, or related coursework
* Required coursework must include clinical treatment, mental health assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnostic training within a clinical internship or practicum
* Clinical experience required (may include practicum or internship experience)
* Experience providing behavioral health therapy, counseling, or mental health services preferred
* Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT

Additional Qualifications:
* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in a mental health setting
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems
* Ability to work effectively in both in-person and telehealth environments
* Experience working with children, teens, or families preferred
* Ability to manage time effectively and respond to client needs in a timely, professional manner

Physical Requirements
* Sitting for extended periods (approximately 90% of shift)
* Standing as needed throughout the workday (approximately 10% of shift)
* Occasional bending, kneeling, or squatting
* Occasional driving as required for job duties
* Occasional lifting as needed for daily tasks
