How you make a difference in this role: With guidance from the Senior Director of Research & Data Use, the individual will be tasked with managing the departments non-public information request process to ensure all data-sharing activities are aligned with federal and state privacy laws. Job Overview: The Manager of Research & Data Use will be responsible for leading content development as well as providing administrative and logistics support for the annual Tennessee Educator Survey and District Landscape Survey. The individual will also fulfill various data requests the department receives. The department is seeking an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, desire for continuous process improvement, and adaptability. Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: Possession of a master's degree in education, education administration, or other related field and substantial educational work experience (5 or more years) including 3 years of education administration or supervisory work.
