Position Summary
The Human Resource Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy within the HRIS, identifies trends, and delivers actionable insights and recommendations while maintaining compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations.
