Our client, an extremely stable and highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant with knowledge in business, real estate, finance and related practice areas. This position will work in their Waukesha office, as well as their Madison office, 2-4 days per month. Extremely competitive salary with excellent benefit package. This position will report to a Partner and have a high level of responsibility including - Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence Preparing and managing contracts, filing and formatting briefs, motions, and discoveries Maintaining client files and working within document management system Filing annual reports, UCC, articles of incorporation, etc. with the state Preparing attorney billing documents Scheduling appointments, meetings and court dates Establish and maintain client relationships Candidates must possess solid legal experience, advanced Microsoft Suite, exceptional attention to detail, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
